Custom-printed packaging is made to order specifically for your brand, so — like most custom
manufacturers — we can't accept returns for change-of-mind. What we can do is make
sure your order is right before it ever goes to press, and stand behind our work if it isn't.
We prevent problems before printing
Free digital mockup — every order is proofed and approved by you before production. Nothing prints until you sign off.
Free dieline & design support — our team checks your artwork for print-readiness and flags issues early.
Physical sample on request — for color- or structure-critical projects, ask about a physical sample before your full run.
If something's wrong with your order
If your packaging arrives defective, damaged, or materially different from the proof you
approved, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and
photos. If the error is on our end — a manufacturing defect or a deviation from the approved
proof — we'll reprint or refund the affected portion of your order.
What isn't covered
Errors present in the artwork you approved (typos, low-res images, wrong dimensions).
Minor color variation within normal CMYK printing tolerances (request Pantone matching or a physical sample if color is critical).
Change-of-mind on a correctly produced custom order.
